PsyPACT & Updates on Cross State Practice

NOTE: the original speaker for this event withdrew last minute.  Thus, Dan Warner, Ph.D., GPPA President, and member of the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology will be leading the event instead.  This 3 hours CE will focus primarily on issues of telepsychology and the legal issues around PsyPACT.  The event will involve interactions and cases.  

We will address hot topics like privacy, confidentiality, HIPAA, balancing the rights of minors and parents, and potential legal issues on the horizon, including LGBTQIA+ mental health treatment concerns under the current regime.
